  • Tea, coffee, and a light organic plant based lunch, served with sourdough bread, cultured plant based cheeses and variety of fermented food and drinks
  • Samples of tempeh applied to a variety of substrates 
  • A detailed information packet outlining the the methods and recipes used in the workshop 
  • Tempeh starter (Rhizopus oryxes) to inoculate 5kg substrate at home

  • Some of the science and history of tempeh
