Fermentation Workshop with Julia Skinner
I’m super excited to be collaborating with with my long time instagram friend, food historian Julia Skinner. In this 3 hour workshop we’ll be following recipes and methods from Julia’s new book “Our Fermented Lives”. We’ll explore explore the roots of a wide range of fermented foods from around the world. Julia brings focus on the many intersections fermented foods have with human history and culture.
We’ll also indulge in a homemade lunch by River Run including all kinds of homemade fermented foods and beverages.
€135 Price includes:
- Tea, coffee, organic plant based lunch including fresh homemade sourdough bread, plant based cheeses and an array of fermented food and drinks
- 2 Kilner swing top jars as fermentation vessels filled with products made in the workshop
- A print out of the recipes covered in the workshop
